American Stage Mainstage theatre seating chart coming soon!
Due to the intimate structure of our Mainstage theatre, late arrivals can be disruptive to the performers and to other patrons. Patrons arriving after the start of the performance will be seated at the least-disruptive time, at the discretion of the House Manager. Please note that seats are only guaranteed until the scheduled curtain time. Late-comers may be seated in a location different than displayed on their tickets and/or asked to watch the performance on lobby monitors until intermission.
Yes. Cameras are not permitted inside our Mainstage theatre, and flash photography is prohibited during events held in our Lobby. Cell phones, which can be distracting in both spaces, must be silenced prior to the start of the performance.
No! At American Stage you will see people dressed in a range from casual to dressy. You are encouraged to dress in a way that makes you feel most comfortable.
Children under the age of five, including babes in arms will not be permitted at American Stage performances. Older children who are able to remain attentive and comfortable for an extended amount of time are welcomed, though it is recommended that you inquire with about a show’s advisories or age-appropriateness, through the American Stage Box Office at 727.823.7529.
Yes. If you need to remain available to sitters or relatives while you attend a performance, please leave them the number of our Box Office (727.823.7529) as well as your seat number(s) and the name your tickets were purchased under.
Post-performance talk-backs are opportunities for you and other audience members to have a moderated discussion with the cast of the play about questions you might have thought during the performance about the play or the production. They are held after select performances of each play—check our calendar for dates.
