Everyone’s favorite ogre is back in the hilarious musical based on the Oscar-winning, smash hit film! “Once upon a time, there was a little ogre named Shrek”... and thus begins the tale of an unlikely hero who finds himself on a life-changing journey alongside a wisecracking Donkey, and a feisty princess who resists her rescue. Throw in a short-tempered bad guy, a cookie with an attitude, and over a dozen other fairy tale misfits, and you’ve got the kind of mess that calls for a real hero. Luckily, there’s one on hand... and his name is Shrek.

How long is the Experience?

Each immersive, guided experience will last for approximately 55 minutes. Groups will overlap, with the next group beginning their show before the previous one has ended.

Are photography and videography allowed?

Duncan McClellan Gallery is a wonderful place for selfies! Please do not photograph the actors/performance, but feel free to capture the sights at Duncan McClellan Gallery.

No; we love animals, but pets are not allowed inside Duncan McClellan Gallery, with the exception of certified service animals as required by law.

Where are the restrooms?

There are restrooms located inside Duncan McClellan Gallery

Where should I park?

There is free street parking located around the Gallery, along 24th St, Emerson Ave S, and Terminal Drive S.

Are strollers allowed?

Yes, strollers are allowed inside Duncan McClellan Gallery, however, wagons and other carts that roll behind are not. Neither Duncan McClellan Gallery nor American Stage are responsible for lost or stolen items.

What are the hours for Tinseltown USA?

Thursdays from Noon - 6pm Fridays & Saturdays from Noon - 7pmSundays from 4pm - 7pm

Can I take photos and video?

Yes - we encourage you to take pics and all the selfies!

How long does it take to go through Tinseltown USA?

Tinseltown USA is a self-guided experience. Depending on how you engage with the experience, it can take anywhere from ten minutes to an hour to complete.

Is the experience wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Tinseltown USA is wheelchair accessible.

Are strollers allowed in the experience?

Yes! Families with strollers are welcome.

Is re-entry allowed?

You can remain inside Tinseltown for as long as you’d like, but re-entry is not permitted.

What is the age recommendation?

Can children go alone?

Children under the age of 13 should be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
